About me
I'm a software engineer and tech lead based in Northern Virginia, working at the intersection of enterprise technology, process automation, and organizational knowledge. My career has taken me across two countries, multiple industries, and a wide range of roles — from software development and testing to RPA program leadership to leading modernization efforts on complex legacy systems.
I'm drawn to problems that don't have obvious answers. The kind where the real challenge turns out to be something different from what it first appeared — usually something about how knowledge is held, lost, or recovered inside organizations and systems.
Outside of work I read constantly, think about how complex systems behave, and occasionally write about things I find interesting.

Background
I grew up and studied in Ukraine, where I completed a degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's in Energy Management. After immigrating to the United States I rebuilt my career from the ground up — starting in small business IT consulting, moving through enterprise software development and RPA program leadership, and now working as a Tech Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton on a federal program.
That path across countries, roles, and problem domains has shaped how I think. I'm comfortable operating in systems I don't fully understand yet — and genuinely interested in figuring out how they actually work.
